- 100 g fontina
- parsley
- a glass of white wine (dry)

- a knob of butter salt and pepper to taste
-
Preparation: Prepare the turkey breast
tapping it with a meat mallet and cut the Fontina cheese into small cubes.Spread each slice of meat on a layer of ham and a layer of diced fontina.
Roll the meat in such a way as to enclose the cheese and ham in it, tie it with the kitchen string so that the ripening has not come out.
Melt a knob of butter in a small frying pan with high sides.
Pass the rolls of meat in the flour and put to cook in skillet with butter. Let brown well on all sides, taking care to turn them often.
Once browned, add salt to taste and sprinkle with white wine. Let me finish cooking until the rolls will not appear cooked well and has formed a dense sughino cooking.
Serve warm with the sauce and cook over a sprinkling of parsley.
This recipe is very simple and tasty.
