Main Event Boxing Glove

Risotto Cake with Philadelphia


Quantity: 6-pers.
Preparation time: 10 min + 1 hour cooking

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs 150 g sugar 250 ml fresh cream
  • flour 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • 1 packet Vanillin
  • Philadelphia cheese 250 gr

Preparation:

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar, mix well. Then add the cream, 3 or 4 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 250 gr. Philadelphia cheese.
Separately, whip the remaining 3 egg whites and add them to the mixture in the bowl.


cream will result in a very liquid, it is rightly so. For cooking you can use a pan with high sides, where you will pour all the liquid.
Bake for about 1 hour in oven at 160-170 degrees.


With the passing of minutes you will see your cake swell, and then retired, after shutdown the oven.
