Ingredients for four people :
- 200 g spaghetti (or vermicelli) soy
- 2 small onions
- 4
- carrots 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper
- 2 courgettes 200 grams of peas
- oil
- salt pepper soy sauce
Preparation:
Cut into small pieces, carrots, zucchini and peppers, then chop the onions and brown them in a pot with a little oil, then add the carrot cooking it for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine the zucchini cook for another 5 minutes.
Add peppers and peas by making them cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt
everything with a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles (or rice) as directed on the package or otherwise soaking in boiling water for a few minutes.
Drain and combine them with vegetables. Seasoned with soy sauce and after mixing Cook for a few minutes before serving.
