Quantity: 2 pers.
Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients:

  • 180 g spaghetti 1 / 2 lemon
  • 200 grams of shrimp
  • 40 gr of butter a tablespoon of heavy cream a pinch of
  • chopped onion
  • a pinch of crushed red pepper
  • a glass of Brandy
  • grated Parmesan
  • a pinch of chopped parsley salt

oil Preparation: In a saucepan

, focus down the butter and add the zest of half a lemon. Keep the heat low so as not to allow the butter to boil.

Meanwhile shelled and cleaned shrimp.

In a large skillet to hold the pasta later sauté onion, pepper and oil. Once the onion is golden add the shrimp, fried and blended with a shot of brandy.

Pour into the pan of melted butter prawns, lemon zest and a tablespoon of cream. Let cook over medium heat, stirring fairly often, until it reaches the right consistency of the sauce. If the mixture dries out too quickly, from time to time add half a glass of water. When cooked, add a pinch of chopped parsley.

Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water that will be paid once drained into the pan.

jumping, and just turn off the fire, mix with a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.

This recipe is light and delicate, do not be afraid to add the cheese, even if it is a dish made of fish, where the cheese would not normally. This is to amalgamate the bottom of the spaghetti sauce.

Pancakes

Today I propose a quick breakfast, good all year round! You can prepare the batter the night before, so you will not have too many things to do in the morning.
Being simple can also try the men (all references to the person or thing is purely coincidental!)
fritule can accompany these very soft with good coffee and maybe a nice fruit juice ... I can not wait to belittling! !

Pancakes Ingredients: 100 g ricotta

225 ml milk 2 eggs (egg whites whites)

150 g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt

1 vanilla bean (optional)
fresh fruit or maple syrup or honey

Procedure: Working
the ricotta with the egg yolks, milk and the inside of a vanilla bean. Add flour, baking powder and stir until the mixture is homogenous. Gently incorporate the egg whites until stiff.
Pour the mixture (half a ladle for pancakes) on a preheated pan and cook for about one minute per side.
Serve the pancakes hot, accompanied by sliced \u200b\u200bfresh fruit (I used strawberries, which I soak in a little 'sugar and lemon) or with honey or maple syrup.

What goodness!
