Here are the ingredients :
- 2 bananas 1 apple
- 20 toasted almonds and shelled
- 150 ml of milk sugar cane
Preparation: Cut the
fruit pieces and place in a tight container and high (as in video). Then add the almonds and a tablespoon of brown sugar. Then add the milk until it reaches the edge of the fruit.
proceed with an immersion blender to puree.
Pour into a glass and serve!
