Back Pain When I Drink Cold

Ingredients:
350 gr flour 00
100 gr butter 125 gr sugar

1 egg 1 pinch of salt
Juice of 5 lemons ( children)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Cream butter with sugar until creamy. Add egg and lemon juice, a little at a time and keep working the dough after each addition. Join the flour sifted with baking powder and mix well, until mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Let stand in refrigerator for half an hour, then roll out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter. With stampoini form the biscuits and lay them on parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
