Ingredients (for about 50 pancakes)
200 g rice (a rice like "Rome" or some type of rice that goes soft ...)
100 gr sugar
600 gr milk 200 gr
water
200 grams butter 200 grams flour

6 medium eggs
peanut oil for frying
sugar

In a saucepan, bring milk, sugar and rice, all cold, and put the heat to low and cover with cook the rice until cooked.

Caution: care must be taken that the rice does not stick to the bottom, but that does not remain al dente, that is well penalty.
